Emergency repair operations are initiated in response to damage or destruction of waterways and structures caused by typhoons or heavy rainfall. Investigation reports must be completed within the scope and timeframe specified by higher authorities (within three days of the disaster) to ensure timely action and to serve as a basis for higher-level subsidies.
Ensure photographic evidence is taken before construction begins to facilitate future audits and reviews. Follow the established public works handling regulations for the design and construction phases.
